Resilient Infrastructure and Green Finance Lead at AECOM - United Kingdom
As an Associate Director in AECOM’s Climate Change, Sustainability, and Resilience Practice, Renard Teipelke (M.A., CCBI) is supporting public and private sector clients to anticipate and prepare for future shocks and stresses. He is a multi-disciplinary technical specialist and effective project manager in sustainable urban development, integrated infrastructure planning and green finance. Over the past 11 years, Renard has delivered and contributed to 38 technical assistance and loan projects across nearly 30 countries. Key assignments included ADB's GrEEEn Cities Initiative and Cities Development Initiative for Asia; GIZ's Urban Nexus and C40 Cities Finance Facility; World Bank’s Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery; EBRD’s Green Cities and Green Financing Roadmaps programmes; and IKI’s GNIplus Kenya. As Resilient Infrastructure and Green Finance Lead, he is the company’s focal point within the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance (CCFLA).
