Mr Feue Tipu
Feue has 40 years of professional and practical experience in public sector management and governance, having held senior executive positions with the Government of Tuvalu and research and teaching positions with the University of the South Pacific (USP) in Suva, Fiji. In 2012, he left USP to join the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (Pacific Project) as Governance Manager. In 2016, he joined the UNCDF LoCAL Tuvalu Project, a Performance-based Climate Resilient Grant System (PBCRGs), as Project Coordinator. Currently, at UNCDF LoCAL, he oversees the pilot phase of the project which will be transitioned and expanded to cover the whole of the local island governments. Mr. Tipu also oversees the development of a more general and related financing scheme, the Performance-Based Grant System (PBGs).
