Bio

Hassan Radoine is an architecture curator, critic, author and consultant. He is currently the Director of the School of Architecture, Planning and Design at the Polytechnic University of Benguerir, Morocco. He was previously the director of the Ecole Nationale d’Architecture in Morocco and the Head of the Architecture Department at University of Sharjah, UAE. His research and practice interest include Smart and sustainable Urban Planning, Urban Conservation & Development, Smart and resilient human establishments, Sustainable Contemporary Architecture and Urbanism in the MENA region.Hassan holds an MPhil. degree in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge, UK where he was a Commonwealth Shared Scholar; an Architecture Diploma from the National School of Architecture, Rabat, Morocco where he was a Joint Ghana-Morocco Government Scholar. He has previously practised in Rabat with Atelier Sens-Espace and in Accra with Mawums Ltd, Incept Architectural Consult as well as with Atelier VI Design and Build.
