Visiting Researcher, International Institute for Climate Change and Development - India

Bio

Celine d’Cruz is a Visiting Researcher at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (Bangladesh). She is an urban development practitioner and has worked with slum dwellers organizations in India and globally, NGOs, philanthropic foundations, and the World Bank on slum upgrading strategies. She is a Board Member and Director of Block-By-Block, a foundation supported by Microsoft (Seattle) and Mojang/Minecraft (Stockholm) focusing on the development of public spaces agenda with UN Habitat.
