Alex’s work at BYCS focuses on researching and developing targeted behavior change and human infrastructure programs and then implementing and refining these programs in partnership with BYCS’ global network of partners and Bicycle Mayors. Alex has a masters in Sustainable Transportation and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
