Bio

Councillor Ruairi Kelly was elected in 2017 and is the Convenor for our Neighbourhoods, Housing and Public Realm committee having previously overseen Contracts & Property work. He leads on the city's Community Wealth Building agenda and is part of the Economic Leadership Team. Prior to election he worked on some of the UK's major infrastructure and industrial projects and was the Health & Safety manager for a major construction contractor's Scotland and North England division.
